If you are not receiving email notifications from Shuttershare please review the following steps to attempt to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Correct Email Address

Emails may be directed to an incorrect email address. Log In to your Shuttershare account on a Desktop computer and follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Shuttershare account Dashboard
  2. Go to your Profile > Edit Profile
  3. Go to the Email Address field, check to ensure this is the correct email address.
  4. If the email is incorrect, update your email address and press "Save Changes"

Step 2: Notification Settings

Your notification settings may not be turned on for specific emails. To update your notification settings for emails follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Shuttershare account Dashboard
  2. Go to your Account > Notifications
  3. Check the boxes next to Email under all notification heading

Step 3: Mailbox

Sometimes emails can get lost in the depths of your email mailbox. Within your email account search for "Shuttershare", or other words related to the email you are missing.

Additionally, check your spam and junk filters in your mailbox.
